How Long Does Underwriting Take?

Once your delivery or pickup has been scheduled, our team will review your account and determine if any additional information or actions are required. The underwriting timeline varies case-by-case. The review typically begins within about 24-48 hours of you uploading your documents, so if we're able to verify everything we need, it may be approved right away.

However, we may need you to upload additional documents to complete verification after the intial review. If so, our team will reach out to you and set a date and time by which these items must be submitted or completed to ensure your vehicle is transported in time for your scheduled delivery or pickup appointment. Requested items must be completed prior to the deadline set by our team, otherwise we will not be able to keep your scheduled delivery or pickup.
